Please note that an order  is only acceptable for an exchange or store credit if it is still in it's original condition. The product must not be worn, combed, brushed, washed , cut, coloured, or processed in any capacity,it must have all the original ties in tact. Once Hairamazonia has recived your return, we will examine the product , and determine if your elogiblefor an exchange or store credit. 

Hairamazonia reserves the right to accept or decline all returns if the product is not in its original state. 

Shipping fees associated with a returned order is the sole responsibilty od the customer, unless you are returning a defective product , or a product that you received incorrectly . 

Hairamazonia recommends you ship all returns with delivery confirmation., insurance and trackinf information.

Hairamazonis is not responsible for any return orders htat are lost or amaged during transit.

In the case that the item is defective and our customer support team inspects and confirms your defective product, we will offer and exchange or store credit we will cover all shipping cost assoeciated with the return.
